Non Owner FR44 Florida Update

The state of Florida has increased the FR44 insurance program to include a full 3 years of requirement, whether you add a vehicle or not. The state will continue to monitor your insurance policy for a full 3 years before being released from the requirement.

The FR44 requirement is 100/300/50. (in thousands) 100 per person, 300 per accident, and 50 property damage incurred while driving a vehicle that is not owned.
